Your inbox, your calendar, your CRM. One phone call.

It connects to the systems you already use, reads what you have given it access to, and does the work you ask for on the call. Below: each system, what it reads, what it does, and where it stands today.

Mail and calendar

One mailbox and calendar on the Solo plan, two on Rep and on each Team seat. Microsoft or Google, your choice.

Microsoft 365

Available
It reads, whenever you ask Your Outlook inbox and threads, including attachments. Your calendar, including who is invited and whether they have accepted. Your contacts. On Rep and Team, the OneDrive and SharePoint files you choose to share with it.
It does, when you ask Sends a new email or a reply. Creates, moves or cancels a meeting and sends the invite. Messages the other people in a meeting ("tell them I'm running late"). Attaches a file from your documents to an email. Emails your office what you decided on the call.
How you connect You sign in on Microsoft's own page and approve the permissions it lists. It never sees your password. If someone else administers your Microsoft 365, Microsoft will ask that person to approve once; we send them a one-page note on what is asked for and why.
Plans Solo (one mailbox and calendar), Rep and Team (two, plus documents).

Google Workspace

Early access

Google Workspace: early access, limited places while Google reviews our app.

It reads, whenever you ask Your Gmail inbox and threads, including attachments. Your Google Calendar. Your Google Contacts. On Rep and Team, the Google Drive files you choose to share with it.
It does, when you ask Sends a new email or a reply. Creates, moves or cancels an event and sends the invite. Messages the other people in a meeting. Attaches a file from Drive to an email. Emails your office what you decided on the call.
How you connect You sign in on Google's own page and approve the permissions it lists. Until Google's review of our app is complete, Google shows a warning that the app is unverified (that is what the review is for), limits how many people may connect, and may ask you to sign in again each week. That is why places are limited. We tell you where the queue is before you pay, and you are not charged for a Google seat until it is connected.
Plans Solo (one mailbox and calendar), Rep and Team (two, plus documents).

CRM

On the Rep plan and on every Team seat, one CRM per person. This is the call a field rep makes from the parking lot: "Log the Henderson meeting, blocker is IT sign-off, decision in Q1, follow up on the twentieth." It finds the deal and writes the note under your name, in your words, tidied up.

HubSpot

Early access
It reads, whenever you ask Contacts, companies, deals and tickets, with the notes, emails, calls and meetings already logged against them. Who owns what. Open tasks and their dates.
It does, when you ask Adds a note to a contact, company or deal. Creates a task with a date and an owner. Moves a deal's stage, amount or close date. Creates a contact or a company. Logs a meeting against the deal.
How you connect HubSpot shows an install screen listing each permission, and an administrator in your HubSpot account clicks once (in most small firms, that is the owner). We do not ask for access to sensitive data properties.
Plans Rep and Team.

Pipedrive

Planned, next in line
It will read Deals, people, organizations, activities and notes.
It will do, when you ask Adds a note. Creates an activity with a date. Moves a deal's stage or value. Creates a person or an organization.
How you will connect Pipedrive's own permission screen. It works within your Pipedrive permissions, and every change appears in Pipedrive's change log under your name.
Plans Rep and Team, once available. If you are on Pipedrive, join early access and tell us; it moves up the list with every person who asks.

Salesforce

Early access, for pilots
It reads, whenever you ask Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and activities you have permission to see. Reports you can run.
It does, when you ask Adds a note or a task. Moves an opportunity's stage, amount or close date. Creates a contact or a lead. Everything it does is limited by your own Salesforce profile.
How you connect Through Salesforce's API, with a connected app that your Salesforce administrator approves. We set this up with you during early access. A listing on the Salesforce AppExchange comes later.
Plans Rep and Team, by arrangement.

Every CRM entry it makes carries the words you said, in your audit log, next to the record it changed. If you want the method, not the product, the guide to logging CRM notes by voice covers it without assuming you buy anything.

Documents and team chat

Both of these are planned rather than built. Notion and Slack each publish an official way for an assistant to connect, so the work is known; we will build them in the order people ask for them.

Notion

Planned
It will read The pages and databases you share with it. You pick which ones on Notion's own screen; it sees nothing else.
It will do, when you ask Creates a page (a file note, a meeting note). Adds a row to a database. Updates a page you name.
How you will connect Notion's page-selection screen. Workspace owners control which connections are allowed.

Slack

Planned
It will read The channels and direct messages you can already see, and search across them ("what did the team say about Henderson?").
It will do, when you ask Posts a message as you ("tell the sales channel the Henderson decision moved to Q1").
How you will connect Your Slack workspace administrator approves the app once. It acts as you, with your permissions, never as a separate user.

Messages to you

Some things are better written down than said. Messages to you are the written record of what was done on the call.

Text message (SMS)

Available
What it sends you A summary after any call where something was done: what was sent, to whom, what was logged. The morning brief, if you do not pick up the call. The result of longer work when you say "text me". The one-time code for a sensitive action.
What you need A US cell phone number on your account (a UK number works too), confirmed by a one-time code when you sign up. For now the texts arrive from a toll-free number. Once your assistant's own local number is registered for texting, they come from that number instead, the same one you call. Reply STOP to any text and texts stop at once. We pay to send them; your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Plans All plans.

WhatsApp

Planned
What it will send you The same summaries and briefs over WhatsApp, for people who live there rather than in their text messages.
Why not yet Sending from a business account needs Meta's approval of our account and of each message template. We will not promise a date for someone else's approval.

If you have office staff, it can also email them what you decided on the call.

The morning call, and the end-of-day call

Scheduled calls

Available on Rep and Team
It reads, before it calls Your calendar for the day, with travel time between visits if you drive. Overnight email from the people you said matter. Follow-ups due today, from your tasks and your CRM. Anything odd: two meetings that overlap, a meeting with no location, a reply you are still waiting on.
What it does Calls you at the times you set, from your assistant's own US number, the one you already call, and reads the brief in about two minutes. Every call it makes to you opens with the CallMyDesk name and a number you can call back. In the evening, if you turn it on: "You had four meetings today. Want to log them now?" If you do not answer, it leaves nothing on voicemail and sends the brief by text instead.
How you set it You agree to these calls when you sign up: a checkbox that says CallMyDesk may call and text your cell phone with an AI voice at the times you choose, and a one-time code we text you to confirm the number is yours. Then pick the times on your account page, or say them on any call. Say "stop" on any call, or "stop calling me in the mornings", and the scheduled calls end at once; there is no call the next morning. Calls it makes to you are part of your plan, like any other call.
Plans Rep and Team. On Solo, call it and ask for the brief; the content is the same.
More on the morning call

The web, with no connection needed

"Two minutes on Acme before I walk in: news, who's who, anything recent." It searches the web during the call and reads you a short brief. It reads only; it never posts, fills in forms or buys anything, and it never takes an instruction from a web page as if you had said it.

How access works

Everything on this page runs on the same five rules. They are built in, not promised, and the security page describes them in more detail.

  1. You sign in on their page, not ours. Every connection is made on Microsoft's, Google's, HubSpot's or Salesforce's own sign-in page, using the standard permission system those companies built (OAuth). You see a list of what is being asked for before you agree.

  2. It asks only for what the feature needs. A mailbox connection starts with reading and drafting. It asks for more (for example, moving your meetings) only when you switch that feature on, and you see the request at the time. It never asks for permissions it has no use for.

  3. Revoke in one click. Your account page lists every connection with a switch next to it. Turn one off and it loses that access at once, even in the middle of a call. Canceling your plan turns them all off in one step and begins the deletion schedule in the data processing agreement.

  4. No passwords, ever. It never sees, stores or asks for a password. If anyone or anything claiming to be CallMyDesk asks for one, it is not us.

  5. The part that talks never holds the keys. The permission tokens that open your accounts are encrypted and held by a separate service. When the assistant needs your inbox, it asks that service, and gets back the text of your emails, never the token. So the words it hears on a call cannot be turned into a way of handing your access to someone else.

Every action it takes is written to your audit log with the words you said on the call. Your data is never used to train models, ours or anyone's. US-hosted. DPA and sub-processor list published.

Unlimited calls and texts between you and your assistant for normal individual business use. To keep pricing flat for everyone we may apply fair-use limits, currently a soft ceiling of 1,000 assistant-minutes per seat per month, and we'll contact you before any limit affects your service. Sales tax, the free trial and the founding seat are on the pricing page.

Not on the list?

Tell us what you use. Attio, QuickBooks, Xero, a wealth-management platform, a back-office system with a name only your firm knows: send us a message with the system's name and what you would want to say to it on a call, and choose "Something else". We reply within one business day and we keep a tally. The order we build in is the order people ask.

If your firm needs a connection to a system of its own, a particular retention period, or an arrangement for archiving, that is an Enterprise conversation. Book a call.

Questions people ask about connections

Read the FAQ
I'm an employee, not the owner. Can I connect my work Microsoft 365?

Usually, with one click from whoever administers your Microsoft 365. Microsoft treats reading and sending mail as a permission an administrator must approve for the company, so the first time you connect, Microsoft shows a "needs admin approval" screen and sends them the request. We give you a one-page note for them that lists what is asked for and why. If you are the administrator, there is no extra step.

My email is on Gmail. When can I use it?

Now, for a limited number of people. Google requires an independent review of any app that reads Gmail, and until that review is complete Google limits how many people can connect and shows a warning that the app is unverified. We will tell you honestly where the queue is, you can be on the waiting list without paying, and nobody is charged for a Google seat until it is connected. Microsoft 365 has no such limit.

Can it change my CRM without me knowing?

No. It reads your CRM whenever you ask, and it writes a note, task, stage or value only when you ask it to on a call. Each entry goes in under your name with the words you said saved in your audit log. On the Team plan an administrator can set a seat to read only, so it can brief but never write.

Do I have to give it my passwords?

No, and it will never ask. You sign in on Microsoft's, Google's or your CRM's own page and agree to a listed set of permissions. The assistant never sees a password, and the permission it is given can be switched off in one click from your account page, with immediate effect.

What if my system isn't listed?

Send us a message with its name. Where a system publishes a standard way to connect, the work is usually days, and we build in the order people ask. Until then, it can still read the web for you, and anything you tell it on a call is remembered for next time; the CRM entry just has to be typed by you. For a system of your own, see the Enterprise plan on the pricing page.
