Your own assistant, at a desk, on the other end of the line.

What you can say

Eight things people say into the phone, and what happens next.

  • You say: “Who am I seeing next, and what did we talk about last time?” What happens: It reads your next meeting, then the notes and the last emails with that person.
  • You say: “Two-minute brief on Acme before I walk in.” What happens: The account, the open deals, the last emails and the news, read to you in the parking lot.
  • You say: “What came in while I was in that meeting?” What happens: The emails that matter since your last call. The newsletters are skipped.
  • You say: “Call me at 7:30 with the route, meetings and anything urgent.” What happens: It calls you at 7:30 am and reads you the day.
  • You say: “Log the Henderson meeting. Blocker is IT sign-off, follow-up on the 20th.” What happens: The note is in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, with the follow-up task set.
  • You say: “Send Sarah the thank-you with the two case studies and propose Tuesday at 10 am.” What happens: The email goes from your own inbox, with both attachments.
  • You say: “Move the three o'clock to four and tell them I'm running late.” What happens: The meeting moves, and everyone on the invite gets the note.
  • You say: “Update the Bristol deal to proposal, forty-two thousand, close end of month.” What happens: Stage, amount and close date, updated in your CRM.

It only calls and texts you because you asked it to. You say yes at signup, we text a one-time code to confirm it's your number, every call it makes to you opens with the CallMyDesk name and a number you can call back, and you can say "stop" at any time. Texts come from a toll-free number for now.

See how it works

You call. It's done.

One number, saved in your phone and your car. Here is the whole of it.

  1. Call with CallMyDesk Call length On the car's Bluetooth
    1. CallMyDesk said: “Hello, this is CallMyDesk, your AI assistant.”

Step 1: You call. Or it calls you.

Call the number from your cell phone, the car or the office line. It answers, asks for your PIN and listens. Or it calls you at the times you choose with the morning brief, and "stop" ends scheduled calls at any time.

    • Inbox
    • Calendar
    • CRM
    • Documents

Step 2: It looks things up and does it.

Ask for the inbox, the calendar, the account or the deal. Replies land in about a second; when it has to go and read something, it says so and takes a few seconds. Then it sends the email, books the meeting or logs the note.

  2. Step 3: You get a text summary.

When you hang up, a short text lists what it did, if you want one. Every action is also written to your audit log, so you can check it later from your desk.

It is a one-to-one call between you and your assistant. It never joins or records your meetings, and it never calls your prospects.

A day with CallMyDesk

Four calls between the first meeting and the drive home. None of them needs a screen.

  1. It calls you with the day

CallMyDesk is calling Call length On the car's Bluetooth
    1. CallMyDesk said: “Morning. Three meetings today. Sarah wants Thursday, and a new lead came in from the web form.”
    2. You said: “Tell Sarah Thursday at two works.”
    3. CallMyDesk said: “Done.”
  2. In the parking lot before Acme

Call with CallMyDesk Call length On the car's Bluetooth
    1. You said: “Two-minute brief on Acme before I walk in.”
    2. CallMyDesk said: “One open deal, at proposal. Dana asked about onboarding on Monday, and their new CFO started last week.”
  3. Walking out of the Henderson meeting

Call with CallMyDesk Call length In your earbuds
    1. You said: “Log Henderson. They liked the pricing, blocker is IT sign-off. Follow-up on the 20th.”
    2. CallMyDesk said: “Logged in HubSpot, follow-up set for the 20th.”
  4. On the drive home

CallMyDesk is calling Call length On the car's Bluetooth
    1. CallMyDesk said: “You had three meetings today. Want to log the Bristol one?”
    2. You said: “They want the proposal by Friday. Remind me Thursday morning.”
    3. CallMyDesk said: “Logged, with a reminder on Thursday at 8 am.”

Who it's for

People who spend their workday away from a keyboard.

  • You've just left the meeting.

Phone it from the parking lot, say what happened, and the note and the follow-up are in your CRM before you pull out. A call over Bluetooth is the way to work the drive.

    For field sales
  • Your inbox, from the job site.

Hear what matters, reply to the accountant and chase the invoices over 30 days, politely. If you already phone the office, nothing changes except the hours.

    For founders and owners
  • Between one client and the next.

Dictate the file note on the way back from the review, and get the holdings and open actions read to you before the next one. It is never in the client meeting.

    For advisors and relationship managers

What it reads and what it writes

Priced like a tool, not like a person

Ten hours a month of a US virtual assistant costs about $390 at Time etc, or $549 at Double. A full-time assistant from Athena is $3,000 to $3,600 a month, and the median US executive assistant earns $76,590 a year. CallMyDesk is a flat seat with unlimited calls and texts, and every plan starts with a two-week free trial.

No credits, no minute packs and no per-action fees. Unlimited calls and texts between you and your assistant for normal individual business use. To keep pricing flat for everyone we may apply fair-use limits, currently a soft ceiling of 1,000 assistant-minutes per seat per month, and we'll contact you before any limit affects your service.

Full pricing and what is included

A note from the founder

I built the first version of this for myself. A phone number, a small computer in my office, and the assistant on the other end that could read my inbox and send replies when I asked. I use it on the road, between meetings, and it is the first thing that has made the drive useful rather than dead time.

CallMyDesk is that prototype, rebuilt properly: US hosting, your own PIN, an audit log, and a flat price with no meter, because the whole point is to call it every time you drive. It is early. We are letting people in a few at a time, in the order they joined, and we are building the integrations in the order people ask for them.

Daniil, founder. London.

Questions people ask first

Read the FAQ
Do I need to install an app?

No. You save one number in your phone and call it, from your cell phone, the car over Bluetooth or the office line. Connecting your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account and your CRM happens once, in a browser, when you set up. After that it is a phone call.

Does it work with my email and CRM?

Mail and calendar on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. CRM on HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce (on the Rep and Team plans). Microsoft 365 and HubSpot are in early access now; Google Workspace has limited places while Google reviews our app; Pipedrive and Salesforce are coming. The integrations page lists what it reads and what it writes for each.

Does it join my meetings or phone my customers?

No. It is a one-to-one call between you and your assistant. It never joins or records your meetings, and it never calls your prospects. If you ask it to place a service call on your behalf, to move a meeting for example, it opens by saying it is an AI assistant calling for you. The only calls and texts it makes on its own go to you, at the times you chose, and "stop" ends them.

What happens to my data?

Your data is never used to train models, ours or anyone's. Call audio is deleted after 30 days and transcripts after 90, or sooner if you ask. US-hosted, with a published data processing agreement and sub-processor list, and a UK GDPR annex for UK customers. You can revoke every connection in one click.

Every plan starts with a two-week free trial. No charge until day 15, and if you cancel in the trial you pay nothing.
