CallMyDesk is being set up for people a few at a time, in the order they joined. Tell us who you are and what phone you use, and we will email you when a seat opens. Every plan starts with a two-week free trial, and it begins when your seat opens. If you already know you want it, reserve a founding seat for $49, refunded in full if you change your mind.
Early is a reason to join, not a thing to hide. Here is what you get for being first.
Every plan starts with a two-week free trial when your seat opens: no charge until day 15, and if you cancel in the trial you pay nothing. After that, Solo is $119 a month, Rep $199, and Team $179 a seat with three seats minimum, billed yearly. You choose the plan when your seat is set up, not now, and a $49 deposit counts toward whichever you pick. The price you see on the pricing page is the whole price.
During early access the person who built CallMyDesk is the person who sets up your seat, reads your email and calls you back if something is wrong. You will hear what is being built next and why, and the integrations are built in the order people ask for them. If you want HubSpot before Pipedrive, say so.
Mail and calendar on Microsoft 365 are available in early access now. Google Workspace: early access, limited places while Google reviews our app. Tell us which you use when we call, and we will tell you honestly how long the wait is. On Rep and Team you also connect HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
Founding seats are set up before the rest of the list, in the order the deposits arrive. The deposit is $49, it is refundable, and it is the only money that changes hands before your seat exists.

Reserve a founding seatThe founding-seat deposit is $49 and is refundable in full at any time before your first invoice. Ask by email and we refund within five business days.
We email you before anything is charged. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax; the deposit is a payment on account, and any sales tax your state charges is worked out when your seat is set up and your first invoice is raised.
Three steps between joining the list and your first call. None of them is automatic.
You get a confirmation right away, from a person's address, saying where you are in the queue and roughly when we expect to reach you. If you reserved a founding seat, the Stripe receipt arrives separately. Reply to either email and the founder reads it.

When your seat is next, the founder calls you. Not the assistant; a person. Fifteen minutes, at a time you choose, to learn what you would use it for, which mail and CRM systems you are on, and whether you want the morning-brief call and at what time. We agree a set-up date on that call, and nothing is charged before it or during your free trial.

On set-up day you connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (and your CRM on Rep or Team) once, in a browser, with their own sign-in. No passwords are stored. We send you a US number to save in your phone and your car (a UK number if you are in the UK), and you choose a PIN. Then you call it, it says it's an AI, asks for the PIN, and you are working.
It is a one-to-one call between you and your assistant. It never joins or records your meetings, and it never calls your prospects.
In waves, to the people who will use it most, with founding seats first. Seats are set up in small groups so each person gets the founder's attention on day one. We email you when a seat opens, and the confirmation email tells you roughly where you are in the queue. We do not promise a date on this page because we would rather tell you a real one by email.

The $49 is credited against your first paid month after the two-week free trial, and it is refundable in full at any time before then. There is no other difference between a founding seat and a seat from the list; the product is the same.

No. Joining the list is free and gets you a seat in turn, with the same two-week free trial when it opens. The deposit is for people who already know they want one and would like to be near the front. If you join the list first and decide later, the "Reserve a founding seat" button is on the confirmation screen and on the pricing page.
Because your assistant calls and texts you, with an AI voice, and US law rightly says you have to agree to that first and that the number has to be yours. The box you tick is that agreement, the code proves the number, and we keep a record of both. You choose the times, every call opens with the CallMyDesk name and a number you can call back, and "stop" on any call or STOP to any text ends it. If you would rather not be called, leave the number blank and we will keep in touch by email.
